Holy Smokes Launched ‘From The Grill’ Menu Items

Who hasn’t tried Holy Smokes’ succulent smoked wagyu briskets and their finger lickin’ ribs? If you haven’t, you’re seriously missing out. Even though competition piles up, in a short time since opening its doors to the public, we still think that Holy Smokes holds the status as one of the best ‘meat smokers’ in the city.

From the get go, Holy Smokes has made it clear of their specialty; fine cuts of meat that are barbecued to perfection using low heat, for  up to 14 hours, hence the tagline ‘low and slow’. the result is a perfectly-smoked meat that comes out incredibly succulent and flavourful fit to be enjoyed as is, or if you prefer, to be smothered with Holy Smokes’ home-brewed barbecue sauces.

Yet, most people still have the common misconception of ‘barbecuing’ and mixes it up with ‘grilling’, a completely different method and results of cooking meat. That’s why, in addition to their ‘from the pit’ or barbecue specialty, Holy Smokes has decided to also include grilled items to the menu. Other than giving the customers more options, the ‘from the grill’ menu is also a way to educate people of the real difference from the two cooking methods.

For their ‘from the pit’ selections, Holy Smokes still have the Wagyu brisket, ribs, and Chicken as the main stars, with 7 options of sides to choose from. In addition to that, customers can now choose four new menus; The Porterhouse, the Rib Eye, Fillet Steak, and Salmon Steak.

First, there’s the humongous Porterhouse T-Bone Steak, a cut of meat that’s so big that it consists of basically two types of cuts, the tenderloin and striploin. Weighing about 1 kilogram and served with two sides, this bad boy can feed up to 4 people, even those with a huge appetite!

A staple for most steakhouses, Holy Smokes also has a 250 gram Rib Eye Steak, using premium Australian beef that’s slightly tenderer and more flavorful than the next one, the fillet steak, or also known as the Rib Eye Scotch cut. But if you’re either counting the calories, or avoiding the red meat altogether, don’t worry; the perfectly pan-fried Norwegian Salmon will be your best bet.

All Holy Smokes’ grilled menus can be cooked to preference of doneness and are served with sautéed vegetables and with a selection of potatoes (mashed/fries/rosemary) and a choice of truly addictive mushroom, black pepper, and blue cheese. Don’t forget also that Holy Smokes has the All You Can Drink soft drinks, lemonade and tea, in addition to their all you can drink beer. Every day, all day long!

Get smokin’ and grillin’ and get to know the real different to be the true connoisseur of finger licking meat!
