Built in “1953”, a beautiful house located in the intersection of Jl. Panglima Polim 3 and Jl. Panglima Polim 9 in South Jakarta, has a new tenant, an Indonesian restaurant bearing simply the date of “1953“ as its name.
Conceptualized and Managed by Gil D’Harcour, “1953 Restaurant Indonesien “ is a restaurant for all, with a touch of elegance. Chef Satyo Ardianto, back in Jakarta from the Indonesian Booth at the Expo Milan, is cooking Indonesian food from all parts of Indonesia with specially designed menus for lunch and dinner.
