Holiday In The Sun……

Helo again there peeps!

Hai there folks? How’s your holiday so far? Feeling a bit full on that lebaran cuisine? Well worry not folks, as your regular bars and hang-out spot will once again be regularly open. Say goodbye to drinking you beer over a tea cup, now you can enjoy Jakarta’s nightlife back in its fullest form.

With the visit of Barack Obama last week, Indonesia is in full swing with its relationship towards other countries. As you may have notice, we have been receiving plenty of visits from heads of states and presidents throughout the years, and things are looking good for us in Indonesia.

President Joko Widodo’s contribution to infrastructure planning has been taking its toll on us, as we are the one experiencing all the gridlocks due to infrastructure building, but all this for a better Indonesia? We’re up for it, at least our children will be able to enjoy Indonesia at its fullest potential.

And now, while we enjoy the rest of our holiday (our office will be back in full swing on the 3rd of July) please check back on our website for new recommendations, cool new restaurants and other tid-bits that we know you’ll love…….

We hope you’re staying safe!

LetsMoveIndonesia: Jakarta’s Most Trusted Real Estate Agency

LetsMoveIndonesia has quickly become the Expatriate Real Estate Agency of choice for renting and buying property in Jakarta and prides itself on its ethical approach to the property market and customer service.

LMI’s story dates back to 2013 when the founder Gary Joy tried to find property in Jakarta. As an expatriate himself, he found that the service levels of the agents and the code of conduct they went by wasn’t good enough. It was difficult finding an agency that could be trusted and provide a professional service.

letsmoveindonesia

In 2016 http://ift.tt/2sJDGSb launched with the intention of providing the most ethical and customer focused experience possible and has since grown from strength to strength opening their second office in February 2017.

What’s New Jakarta hears from Gary Joy about how LMI has been so successful and what types of service they offer.

GJ: We founded LMI with the intention of trying to help provide both Indonesian’s and expatriates a better level of service in the property sector. We believe in creating long lasting relationships with all our clients, rather than make quick sales. Special attention is taken to ensure everyone we deal with is treated professionally at all times, whilst providing an unrivalled level of customer service.

rsz_LMI Home Pic

Unlike the traditional practices of the past, we do not charge ‘bule’ prices or hike up the property prices for our own personal gain. We also provide a whole of market service, which means; if we don’t personally represent a property you like, we will search the entire market and find it for you. Ultimately, we save our customers the stress of having to search themselves or use multiple agents.

Our tag line is “Finding your new home, has never been easier”, something our happy customers will testify to.

In 2017, we also launched our Relocation Services, which specialises in helping people move to Indonesia and get settled. This particular market is competitive; however, we are proud to offer an exceptional service at a fraction of the price of our competitors. Our relocations team is made up of experienced professionals, all with the dream of shaking up this sector and making it more affordable, yet personable.

Our services include: Property Sales and Rentals, Immigration Services, Home & School Search, Furniture & Vehicle Rental, Settling in Programmes, Airport Pick Ups, Departure Programmes, PT & PMA Set up, Language Training, Cross-Cultural Training. We truly can help everyone!

If you would like to contact the LetsMoveIndonesia team, you can pop into their branch located In Bellagio Mall, Upper Ground Floor, Mega Kuningan, or you can check out their website: http://ift.tt/2sJDGSb Call: 021 300 297 27 or drop them an Email: info@letsmoveindonesia.com
