Majapahit Lounge presents special traditional drinks “Jamu” for your pleasure. Jamu is the name for traditional medicine from Indonesia, later popularly known as herbal medicine. In Jamu, all concoctions are simple, practical and rarely expensive. The plants used for medicinal purposes in Indonesia date back to prehistoric times. Tools such as mortars or rubbing stones are used to grind plants to obtain powders and plant extracts.

Jamu Beras Kencur (Lesser galangal, rice flour and traditional herbs)

To relieve aches on the body and as a tonic or freshener

Jamu Kunyit Asam (turmeric and tamarind)

The typical of refreshment drink “jamu seger-segeran” which can be interpreted as herbal medicine to refresh or soothe the body
