Bacchus Bar’s New Bar Food Offers a Modern Twist

Starting in February 2016, Bacchus, a bar lounge located on the LG level of InterContinental Jakarta MidPlaza launches it newly innovative menu creations where Executive Chef Gianluca gives a classic food bar a modern twist. Bacchus Bar’s New Menu concept emphasizes on the unique flavor of each signature dishes, where guests’ are invited to taste every dish available. Executive Chef Gianluca takes a modern spin of the classic food bar yet still preserving the true characteristic of a bar food.

Bone Less Chicken Wings

One of the highlights of New Bacchus Menu is the Burger. Choose a wide selection of burgers with choices from Black Lobster Burger with fresh lobster meats sandwiched between charcoal black buns, or the mouthwatering Teriyaki Burger. Another dish that also serves as chef’s recommendations are the Boscaiola Pan Pizza and Bone less Chicken Wing which have been given a modern touch. Other light dishes and snacks served include fresh salad, seafood and calamari ring to perfectly company every guests’ evening.
