1. Ruth’s Chris Steak House

Ruth’s Chris Steak House, the upscale fine-dining steakhouse has just opened its first restaurant in Indonesia to become its tenth restaurant in Asia, alongside Japan, Hong Kong, China, Singapore and Taiwan.

The legendary Steak House features custom-aged U.S. Prime beef famous for its exceptional meat quality and excellent marbling. Ruth’s Chris takes pride in proprietary cooking methods, for example, the trademarked 982-degree Celsius oven that the founder, Ruth Fertel, helped to develop 50 years ago. Staying faithful to its roots, Ruth’s Chris Steak House also offers signature dishes that showcase New Orleans flavors, such as, Shrimp Remoulade, Crabtini, Barbecued Shrimp and Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce.

2. St. Ali

In collaboration with Common Grounds Roastery, the uber-hip coffee shop of Melbourne, Australia opened its doors in Jakarta since December last year. St. Ali will definitely be one to watch as the true purveyor of Melbourne’s unique brunch culture that celebrates the symbiotic relationship between food and coffee. On the opening day, St Ali Jakarta ‘imported Chef Andrew Gale along with its celebrity baristas Matt Perger, Ben Morrow and Lachlan Ward. This buzzworthy coffee place is also looking to open another venue in Bali in 2016.

5. Little Ming
