Park Lane Jakarta breaks MURI record for The World’s Tallest Choux Pastry (croquembouche) Christmas Tree, standing 9 meters tall made from over 18,000 puff pastries. It took the hotel’s team 3 days to complete the ‘tree’ and 115,2 kg of flour, 76,8 kg of butter; 2,112 eggs; and 5,76 kg of sugar.
The inauguration event was attended by MURI’s Jaya Suprana, Park Lane GM & Management, and media friends at The Park Lane Hotel, Jakarta – 10 Desember 2015
