Chef Gianluca, Milan native will create authentic Italian cuisines in the relaxed atmosphere with a selection of cheeses, meats, & fresh seafood and other Italian family cuisines. Chef Gianluca will cook up some of the city’s best Italian dishes, adding his own whimsical twist with a concept of serving buffet onto your table.
Priced at just Rp. 395.000++ per person, every guest is welcomed on arrival to Scusa with a Bloody Mary or Spritz paired with fresh oysters as a prelude to this personalized gathering. The mood is enhanced by the soothing sounds of live acoustic jazz music playing in the background. Generous platters of traditional Italian antipasti are served family style at the table for everyone to share. Guests can simply sit, enjoy the time, and an array of buffet delicacies will be brought to their table. A full-flavoured menu of authentic dishes, including home-made pastas, seafood, premium meats and regional specialities, are served to please the palate.
An attentive team of service staff is on hand top up drinks and continually pass around bite sized delights direct from Chef Gianluca’s kitchen.
