The Thai cuisine isn’t about simplicity. It’s about the juggling of disparate elements to create a harmonious finish. The secret to all Thai food lies in the subtle differences in the proportions of ingredients used which can add layers of flavor and aroma. Another distinguishing features of Thai cuisine is the combination of flavorings from the different spices including mint leaves, lime leaves, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, curry, cilantro, galangal, chilli, and basil which give Thai cuisine a unique flavor and character.
