These two menus are served by the unique and special ways. Beef hot stone is a special steak menu that can be cooked by the visitors. The difference between our steak with the others is, our Beef Hot Stone is served on the uncooked condition, and the visitors can grill the meat by themselves on a hot stone. This hot stone has a temperature of 600 degrees centigrade and has a heat resistance for 1 (one) hour. Because the visitors can grilled a meat by themselves, they can control the maturity level of a meat. But the different is this menu using seafood like prawn, fish, salmon, dori fish, and squid as its basic material. The seafood and the vegetables like paprika and potato are cut to resemble dice and then made into the 1 (one) skewer that grilled on a hot stone. The seafood and the vegetables are served in the uncooked condition too. Seafood Skewers become compete with the tasty sauce like BBQ sauce, butter lemon sauce, or mustard sauce.

Besides the taste, these menus has a low cholesterol, because we don’t use the butter. We only use a little oil on the upside of meat.
