The Taste Resto’s Indonesian Cuisine New Menu

The Taste Resto serves authentic Indonesian cuisine in one of the most strategic mall in Jakarta, Grand Indonesia. The place looks really simple, but comfortable for warm conversation over a tasty meal. Each dish is the creation of Mrs. Linda, inspired by recipes from the old time that passed down to younger generation. Has been around since 2002, the restaurant keeps completing their menu, adding new dishes, sometimes from new region.

This month, Grand Indonesia visitors can try two new dishes at The Taste Resto, Iga Bakar with Vegetable Soup, and Nasi Campur Bali!

Iga Bakar with Vegetable Soup

The sweetness comes from soy sauce that drenched the meat, making it looks quite dark, and the spiciness comes from rawit chili. The dish is completed with fresh vegetable garnish, emping cracker, and vegetable soup to tone down the spiciness. While the meat is easy to cut and satisfying, the soup is especially warm and comforting.

Nasi Campur Bali

All of the ingredients creates delicious taste and texture that unique to Bali; spicy, salty, sweet, soft, and crunchy. The smell of the dish is also amazing and will rise your appetite!

Easy to reach and have a lot menu to choose, The Taste Resto may become an easy option for anyone craving for Indonesian simple dish. A beginner to the cuisine will also find comfortable meals that will fulfill their curiosity!
