FLOW is a new & innovative dining venture that strives to combine fine food, experimental bar culture and music. It’s a place where customers can either grab a quick bite or sit down and pair your meal with beer or cocktail or wine and chill until late if they so desire.

“Our altruistic aim is to combine all these disparate elements into a cohesive flow,” says owner Dicky Agustiady. “All of the hard work and creativity in creating FLOW results in a new experience where one could enjoy the best drinks and delicious food that is served in a beautiful space without pretense.”
FLOW food selections are carefully selected to evoke both comfort and familiarity, but still feel unique. The selection ranges from simple street food: such as the best selling shrimp paste chicken wings, to specialized dish like Ossobuco risotto.
“FLOW also has menu that goes far beyond your typical Asian fare,” says Executive Chef Bay. “We strived to develop items that span from the traditional to more adventurous. We also collaborated with award winning bartender from Singapore to develop our unique concept.”
On one side, you’ll find a veritable bazaar of pan-Asian bites, from spam fries and rendang nachos to pork belly chicken rice and nasi campur with satay.
On the Western side, fresh salads and grab-and-go croque madame are just the beginning, the grill kitchen is also offering up a selection of comforting feeds. From the grilled menu you’ll find juicy tenderloin, grilled Norwegian salmon with home made sauces, cheesy pastas and plenty more.
For customers that prefer something fresher, they can order the fresh mussels with Dijon mustard. It’s just one of the many meal that is perfectly paired with Beer or any other bar selections.
“These delicious foods are meant to be enjoyed and shared together with good friends over laughter and good drinks,” says Executive Chef Bay.
FLOW is also serving strong freshly brewed coffee with beans from the renowned artisan coffee supplier TANAMERA. “Our coffee is very good, but if coffee isn’t strong enough for you (we understand), customers can grab a drink to sip by the bar or the communal area. With beers, wine, cocktails and spirits on the list, there’s a little something for everyone,” says owner, Jimmy Minata.
FLOW’s cocktail selections are specially curated with long lost prohibition era recipes and unique takes on old favorites, designed to elevate the cocktail culture in Jakarta to the next level.
In addition, the bar is also stocked with a wide range selection of single malt whiskey and wide variety of wines.
Not neglecting the beer-drinking consumers, FLOW also has a wide variety of craft beers that hails from Japan, Europe and America.
FLOW is also divided in a few distinct sections that are perfect for different venues or needs.
- There’s the bar and communal section, for people who just want to relax and chill after work.
- There’s the dining section, suitable for a romantic dinner or casual get together with friends and colleagues.
- Then there’s a lounge section that’s perfect for customers who wants to chill until late while listening to live music / DJ spinning.

FLOW is also starting to establish itself as one of the most exciting music destinations in Jakarta with a variety of DJs and up-and-coming bands playing on a nightly basis.
