Health and Beauty Channel, one of many channels from MNC, held “Yoga Festival 2017” at Ancol last week. The idea comes from the raising popularity of Yoga in Indonesia, especially in the celebrity community. Of course, it also to encourage more people to live a healthier life through balancing their mind, body, and soul.
Yoga Festival 2016 was opened with an exhibition from a yoga studio and community from Jakarta, and then followed up by an exciting talk show about yoga and women’s health with Dr. Boy and Andien Aisyah.
All participants could try two classes on the event. In Sunset Yoga, a yoga instructor from Celebrity Fitness, Diah Shivananda, was leading the session. Accompanied by Andien Aisyah, participants were able to enjoy the beautiful sunset when doing their poses. While in Glow in The Dark Yoga Class, Adnreas featuring DJ Wizznu were collaborating to create a fun and memorable session. It was definitely not like any yoga you have seen before!
Yoga Festival 2017 is an easy and fun way to learn more about yoga. It is suitable for beginners, or even someone who have never done yoga before. So if you miss this year event, don’t worry, get ready for the next Yoga Festival and watch Health and Beauty Channel to keep you inspired!
