Twice in a year for the past six year, The Dharmawangsa Jakarta elevates its much-coveted Sunday Brunch with Super Brunch where guests can savor a range of sumptuous delicacies specially designed to accompany the limitless flow of exceptional champagne that suited to every palate. This year, the Super Brunch with “Spring Sunday Market” theme will take place at the Jakarta Restaurant & The Courtyard on Sunday, April 22nd 2018, starting from 11.30 AM to 3 PM.
Other than enjoying the creations of our award-wining culinary team at the helm of Executive Chef Felix Budisetiawan, guests are also invited to enter a vibrant Sunday market with an array of numerous stalls offering attractive products ranging from locally grown organic and artisan food products such as vegetables and spices, selection of high-quality coffee beans to different variant of decorative plants and healing herbs from Dharmawangsa Nursery. Guests may also enjoy several live attractions such as coffee cupping demo and cigar rolling presentation.
The brunch highlights consist of a fine selection of fresh oysters, truffles, premium caviars including calvicius caviar, AOC French cheeses, salmon station including smoked salmon selection and traditional salmon gravlax, seared Japanese Wagyu primavera, roasted goose and distinctive Northern Thai cuisines spread presented by Chef Songpol Ponkaew of Anantara Chiang Mai including a popular street dish, khao soi gai or Northern Thai coconut curry noodle. The brunch experience will be capped off with an extensive dessert medley prepared by our talented pastry team featuring truffle chocolate buffet and artisan chocolate gallery. In addition to our highly anticipated Super Brunch, guest will be entertained by a street magician, clowns and live strolling band throughout the day.
The brunch prices are Rp 1,888,000++ for adults inclusive of unlimited flow of Nicolas Feuillatte champagne, local beer, wine, juices and iced tea, Rp 1,588,000++ for adults inclusive of non alcoholic drinks and Rp 888,000++ for children (4-11 years old).
