An Exquisite Dining Experience
VIN+ presented Joseph Drouhin Wine Dinner for it loyal members and also all premium wine enthusiasts in town on Wednesday, February 28 over at VIN+ Arcadia. This eventful night offered 5-course special menu that was carefully prepared by Chef DjokoSarwono& Chef DeniSugiarto. This delicious set menu was paired with a selection of exclusive Joseph Drouhin wines;
• Joseph Drouhin Mersault Premier Cru Charmes 2011
• Joseph Drouhin Chambolle Musigny Premier Cru 2010
• Joseph Drouhin Nuits Saint Georges Premier Cru Procès 2011
• Joseph Drouhin Chambertin – Clos de Beze Grand Cru 2010
It was a great opportunity to explore the tasteful delicacy that came from our kitchen along with the finest wine collections from Joseph Drouhin. The event started at about 7pm, where Christophe Thomas – Joseph Drouhin Commercial Export Director, joined the fun and gave a remarkable speech and shared his experience to start the prestigious evening. Our delectable amusebouche, pouch foie gras-based appetiser opened the dinner set gracefully with its mix of sweet and savoury sensations. All the guests enjoyed each and every meal served alongside exclusive wine collections till the very end. A powerful combination that leaves a mark in the heart and palate of everyone who attended.
