PT. Media Digital Alacarte (“Club Alacarte”) announced the release of its flagship product today: The Alacarte mobile-based dining membership platform that offers its members one of a kind and hassle-free dining privileges across Jakarta’s best restaurants.
Having established partnerships with more than 100 restaurants, the Alacarte App provides its members access to more than 300 attractive dining offers. By downloading the App and purchasing an annual membership, members will have access to three (3x) Buy- 1-Get-1 dining offers from each participating restaurants.
Although they have not made their membership available to the general public (currently, all memberships were exclusively by invitation only) Club Alacarte is selling its 2018 full-year membership this month for IDR 599,000 per year, offering total implied savings exceeding IDR 50 million per year. If you don’t feel you’re ready for a one year commitment yet, Club Alacarte also offers a 30-day Lite membership option so user can try before purchasing the full year product.
“We started Club Alacarte to help bridge the gap between restaurant owners and customers by introducing a product to benefit both parties”, said co-founder and CEO Ferdinand Sutanto. “Alacarte is a great App that allows users to explore and try restaurants they have not been to while enjoying savings up to 50% of the total bill. It is especially great for group dining such as weekend brunch or family lunch since three redemption can be made at the same time.”
The Buy-1-Get-1 redemption process is straightforward. Upon finishing the dining experience, customers will need to open the App, select the restaurant and the offer they would like to redeem and input their four-digit PIN. The customer will then hand the smartphone over to the restaurant staff to input their four-digit restaurant PIN to approve the redemption. Customers will then receive a discounted bill with the item on offer removed.
Club Alacarte’s Buy-1-Get-1 dining privileges ranges from appetizers to main course, desserts and cocktails. Across Club Alacarte’s 100+ restaurant partners, customer will be able to redeem a range of menu items such as Wagyu short-ribs, steak frites, dim sums, cakes, cocktails, and many more. Club Alacarte is working hard to continue to increase the number of restaurant partners and dining offers for customers in 2018.
