From Sabang to Merauke, each region has its own special style of cooking, reflecting the rich and colorful Indonesian culture. Over the next 12 months, we welcome guests from all over Indonesia and the world to appreciate the country’s culinary heritage through our chefs’ creations that are inspired by traditional cooking and flavors,” said Nils-Arne Schroeder, regional general manager, Indonesia, Hilton.
