Gran Melia Jakarta had prepared Chinese New Year dinner at Tien Chao with Chef Eric Lau’s menus starting from Rp. 7,888,000++ per table of 10.

Culinary team of Gran Melia Jakarta meticulously selected the finest ingredients to prepare an authentic and nostalgic flavor that are rooted in Chinese tradition. A must have-Salmon fish Yu Shang to wish for a prosperous new year, Braised ten heads abalone and dou gen with dried oyster and black moos yu piao dumpling and season; Braised sea cucumber, dried oyster and black moos chicken ball with abalone sauce are a few to mentioned on the menu that is specially picked by Chef Eric.

Another must-have in Lunar New Year are lion and dragon dance performance where guest could feel the spirit of Lunar New Year with the lion and dragon dance that will perform from the lobby of the hotel to Tien Chao. The lion will approach the red envelope that hanged on some front doors of the hotel including Tien Chao and it is believed to bring luck and good prosperity for one year ahead.
