Inspired by the flavors around the world, Hard Rock Cafe Jakarta is featuring assortment of internationally inspired bowl of creations to its new menu, Rock in Bowls. The menu comes into three dishes with the taste of Asian, Southwestern and Mexican cuisine.
Habanero Chicken Bowl offers a mexican flavor; a bowl of brown rice topped with grilled chili pepper chicken, cajun seasoning, diced avocado, roasted corn, grated feta cheese, chili lime crème, chopped cilantro and nachos seasoned tortilla straws. The habanero pepper and cilantro surely bring out a spicy and strong flavor, but the brown rice and avocado balance it very well. The roasted corn and tortilla are just prefect companions for this flavorful dish.
The Asian Shrimp Bowl is a unique interpretation of Asian cuisine, where a bowl of rice noodle served with grilled shrimps in a Asian BBQ sauce mixed with shredded Napa cabbage, sliced green onions, white sesame seed, freshly squeezed lime juice and fried wontons. You will taste the freshness comes from almost all the elements of this dish. And the winner of this dish is the soft and juicy shrimp, perfectly cooked with sweet and savory flavor.
If you want a more hearty dish, the Southwest Meatball Bowl could be the perfect choice for you. This is a bowl of brown rice with a blend of cajun and southwest seasoning, topped with hot meat balls, honey sriracha glaze, chili lime crème, grated feta cheese and crispy seasoned tortilla straws. This might look heavy for your tummy, but in fact it’s really not. Thanks to the freshness of other elements served in this bowl.
