The hotel is proud to welcome two chefs this year, Chef Rabih and Chef Blaise, two well-trained and highly skilled chefs from Al Bustan Palace, A Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Oman carrying rich experiences specializing in Arabic and Lebanese cuisine such as Omani Dry Fish Salad, Moroccan Chermoula Fish Tagine, Chicken Maqloobah and Lamb Shuwa.
