Festive celebrations start 01 December 2016 at Bogor café lobby Hotel Borobudur Jakarta with the launching of Indy Barends’s Signature Christmas Log in the shape of vintage radio and ribbon cutting ceremony of the giant Dutch windmill ginger bread house.

Mr. Patrick Beck initiated to make something special by introducing Signature Christmas Log this year. Indy Barends is a famous radio and television host in Indonesia. She rose to popularity after hosting the talk show Ceriwis on Trans TV. She also one of the judges in Indonesian Idol replacing Meuthia Kasim. With a vintage radio shape design, headset and microphone which identical to her carrier very much. Indy likes dark blue color therefore the Pastry Team of Hotel Borobudur created a beautiful dome radio vintage shape with that. Chocolate sponge, chocolate mousse, berry compote and sable cracker at the bottom of the layer make this Christmas log become fascinating dessert. Added into the design is a white sugar flower with golden spark as the garnish showing Indy’s feminism.
