Jakarta – June 13th 2016, On June 7th 2016 Hotel Public Relations Association Period 2016 – 2018 gathered together at Hotel Gran Mahakam for official hand-over from the Hotel Public Relations Association Committee Period 2014 – 2016 represented by Ms. T. Marlene Danusutedjo, Mr. Danang Ambar Kreshno, Ms. Viana Igah, and Ms. Hinggih Safaranti to the new committee. The event was a success and became a very resourceful moment to share experiences and insights during the reign of the previous committee.
During the event, Ms. T. Marlene Danusutedjo said that ‘’The purpose of the committee established on November 27th 1995 under the name of Hotel Public Relations Association Committee is to promote hotel industry thru professionalism within every member of Hotel Public Relations Association Committee. Every single activity that we do will be a positive moment for all hotel practitioners to share and gain knowledge.’’
All the supports and trusts that have been given from all the members are embraced by Ms. Debby Setiawaty (Director of Public Relations Hotel Gran Mahakam – third from the left) as the new Chairwoman period 2016 – 2018 with Mr Andri Meilani Kusim (Corporate Marketing Communication ARTOTEL Indonesia – fourth from the left) as the Vise Chairman. Together with Ms. Pramita Sari (Corporate Marketing Communications Manager PARADOR Hotels & Resorts – second from the left) as Public Relations, Ms. Andina (Public Relations & Event Manager Hotel Aryaduta – first on the left) as Treasurer, Ms. Air Eka Putri (Corporate Marketing Communications Manager D’cityland Hotels & Resorts – fifth from the left) as Secretary I and the last but not least Ms. Lenny Julia (Assistance Director of Marketing Communication The Sultan Hotel – sixth from the left) as Secretary II. All mentioned committees above have been picked based on the members’ vote held on Hotel Dharmawangsa Jakarta May 20th 2016.
Ms. Debby Setiawaty added ‘’Thank you for all the hard works from Committee 2014 – 2016 that have been given for the good sake of Hotel Public Relations Associations. We hope that we as the new committee can keep up the good work and enhance Hotel Public Relations Association the whole new level.’’
The association would gladly welcome any supports, inputs, and suggestions from fellow practitioners and members. We will still continue what this association has been done for years before and enhance it for the greater good.
