LMI’s story dates back to 2013 when the founder Gary Joy tried to find property in Jakarta. As an expatriate himself, he found that the service levels of the agents and the code of conduct they went by wasn’t good enough. GJ: We founded LMI with the intention of trying to help provide both Indonesian’s and expatriates a better level of service in the property sector. We believe in creating long lasting relationships with all our clients, rather than make quick sales. Special attention is taken to ensure everyone we deal with is treated professionally at all times, whilst providing an unrivalled level of customer service.
Unlike the traditional practices of the past, we do not charge ‘bule’ prices or hike up the property prices for our own personal gain. We also provide a whole of market service, which means; if we don’t personally represent a property you like, we will search the entire market and find it for you. Ultimately, we save our customers the stress of having to search themselves or use multiple agents.

In 2017, we also launched our Relocation Services, which specialises in helping people move to Indonesia and get settled.
