Doctors from Singapore & Indonesia found that drinking Ardesy, Could Significantly reduce total Cholesterol

Ardesy water come from the French Couze d’Ardes valley, and is located in the heart of the regional natural reserve of the Auvergne Volcanoes. The high natural minerals content found in Ardesy Mineral such as magnesium, calcium, potassium, sodium, bicarbonates, have it’s origins deep within the Auvergne Volcanoes. Ardesy Mineral Water flows through the crystalline underground natural water system of the volcanic Cezzalier plateau, an underground journey of over 30 years during which the water becomes progressively enriched with minerals. The Auvergne Volcanoes of Cezallier are part of a protected conservational geological site, allowing the untouched natural beauty and purity of Ardesy Mineral Water to be preserved in its pristine drinking quality.

Recently, clinical studies have suggested that drinking mineral water high in naturally occurring minerals  can contribute to wellness, including reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases (1,2). As such Ardesy embarked on clinical trials in both Singapore and Jakarta, to determine whether our Ardesy Mineral Water can improve cardiovascular wellness in high cholesterol individuals.

Our clinical studies; both in Singapore under Dr Khoo Chin Meng (NUH hospital), and in Jakarta under Dr Lysia Gressida, found that drinking 1 liter/day of Ardesy Mineral Water for a month could significantly reduce total cholesterol levels (P = 0.0026) and LDL levels (known as bad cholesterol) (p < 0,0001) in participants that had high cholesterol levels. In addition, serum and urine analysis also showed an increase in magnesium absorption, as well as a reduction in uric acid in most of our participants, further suggesting other potential health benefits of Ardesy Mineral Water.

Ardesy Asia had it’s  first launch in the medical healthcare sector at PIK Hospital, North Jakarta. As part of our wellness campaign, Ardesy promotes cardiovascular wellness by providing free cholesterol check to visitors of the hospital. Visitors and patients alike were educated by trained healthcare professionals about their personal cholesterol level and how Ardesy can improve their choleseterol wellness. In the coming months, Ardesy aims to create awareness campaign in hospital all across Jakarta and Bali, so as to promote the health benefits of “Drinking Ardesy Good for Your Heart”
