Using premium ingredients, Chef Gennaro and his culinary team at La Moda are offering more than 25 varieties of delectable savory and sweet canapés.
For chocolate lovers, there are rich rocky road bar, soft chocolate fudge cake, and sweet macaroons. Guest will also notice some unique creations, combining the famous French pastry with some local ingredients, such as srikaya (sugar apple).
