You’re probably familiar with Hard Rock Cafe’s American style menu, with its generous portion sizes and ever changing options of burgers, steaks, and sandwiches. But did you know that they’ve been coming up with more herbivore-friendly items?
For a limited-time, five popular items that were introduced in their annual World Burger Tour, Vegetarian Menu month, and Burger & Beef Pairing, will once again take center stage. These popular menu items have moved from cult favorite to center stage as a result of consumer demand.
Starting with the completely meat-free Cauliflower ‘Wings’ and Quinoa Burger; The cauliflowers are breaded, deep fried, and coated with sweet and spicy buffalo style sauce, before served with celery and carrot sticks, and blue cheese sauce. The Quinoa burger’s look will fool any meat lovers, stacked with hummus, arugula, tomato and grilled red onion, but as you bite in, the texture of the patty is softer, but still tasty and definitely more guilt-free.
The Atomic Burger is a spicy burger with Angus Beef® patty topped with Atomic beer-battered peppers, pepper jack cheese, caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, garlic chipotle ketchup and chipotle mayo. This is a staple burger of Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas, Nevada that was brought in during the Burger World Tour event.
Another burger that was ‘flown-in’ all the way from the US is the Java Lava Burger from Hard Rock Cafe Seattle, Washington, where the beef patty is grilled and dressed in a house-made espresso rub and topped with lava sauce, crunchy java onions, bacon, melted Cheddar cheese and garnished with a fried jalapeño.
From the Burger & Beef pairing, GUINNESS® Bacon Cheeseburger is re-introduced. The patty is topped with Jameson Irish Whiskey bacon jam, a GUINNESS Stout cheese sauce, tomatoes and seasoned arugula, with the option to add a topping of bacon.
Another must try to accompany your burgers is Hard Rock Cafe’s signature Haystack Chicken Salad that combines fresh vegetables topped with Tupelo fried chicken, tossed with ranch dressing and topped with spiced pecans and crisp tortilla straws.
To finish your meal with a sweet note, don’t forget to order the sinful Hot Fudge Brownie where a fresh homemade brownie is served with vanilla ice cream on a thick dollop of hot chocolate and topped with chopped nuts, chocolate sprinkles and fresh whipped cream. Just forget the diet and dig in!
