Chef Junior Hotel Santika Premiere KHI Won Carving Fruits and Vegetables Contest

Bekasi, 24 November 2015 – Another proud achievement earn by the Hotel Santika Premiere Kota Harapan Indah Bekasi, In the event that held by the Indonesian Chef Association (ICA), namely Jakarta Culinary Challenge for the fourth time in the event ‘SIAL Interfood 2015′ , JIExpo, Kemayoran, Jakarta. Ahmad Yani, Chef Junior Hotel Santika Premiere Kota Harapan Indah won the championship of Individual Practical Fruit & Vegetable Carving with Natural Life Underwater theme.

Chef Junior Hotel Santika Premiere Kota Harapan Indah shows his skill in carve fruits and vegetables into some form of beautiful and high artistic value. Expertise Chef Junior Hotel Santika Premiere Kota Harapan Indah beat various participants or junior chefs from many other star hotels.

In this year Ahmad Yani get two-time champion, the first is the event of Salon Culinary in April 2015, with the theme “Cultural of Indonesia”, Ahmad Yani who works as Cook in Hotel Santika Premiere Kota Harapan Indah – Bekasi pouring his inspiration with carving fruit into Barong, Temple and Komodo. And for the second event is the event of SIAL Interfood 2015, Ahmad Yani won the champion by beating 17 hotels throughout Indonesia.
“I am very proud to hear that Ahmad Yani won the championship, he may continue to learn and of course we will support,” said L. Sudarsana as the General Manager of Hotel Santika Premiere Kota Harapan Indah Bekasi.

Ahmad Yani said that there is no problem when the race. He also share tips how to carve well is focus, patience, painstaking, should not be hasty and of course the most important thing is creativity.

“All I get is only because of prayer and encouragement directly from the parents and the whole team of the Hotel Santika Premiere Kota Harapan Indah especially Mr. L. Sudarsana as the General Manager and I feel very proud to bring the good name of Hotel Santika Premiere Kota Harapan Indah Bekasi be even better, “said Ahmad Yani.
