Fairmont Women Leaders Forum is collaborating with Jakarta Fabulous Working Ladies this year!
Inviting three successful ladies, Women Leaders Forum this year aim to inspire women in all ages and fields to always be motivated and to become high achievers. They are Eksi Ayuningtyas – GM Ibis Cawang and Champion of Women at ACCOR Generation, Pelda (K) Rita Erna Mayasari – Barumin Set Smin Kasum TNI, and Rosdiana Setyaningrum – Her World Women of The Year Judge.
Their sharing session talks about what it takes for women to be succesful, on top of all the social pressure and responsibilities as parents. But it also touches on how to see failure as learning experiences and take it as another challenge that needs to be solved. Despite coming from different background, the three speakers do have some similarities we all can follow; they are hardworking, want to be the best in their field, and passionate.
