In commemorating The Dharmawangsa’s 20th anniversary, our award-winning culinary Chef under the helm of Executive Chef Felix Budisetiawan presenting 20 Indonesian ancient heritage dishes. Among them are Gulo Puan from Palembang, Pisang Rai from Bali, Mie Lethek from Jogjakarta, Pecel Semanggi from Surabaya, Bassang from Makasassar and Sayur Babanci from Betawi.
