DoubleTree By Hilton Jakarta Diponegoro is inviting Chef Massimo Zampar from Hilton Colombo on the 20th to 26th of November, where the famed chef will be showcasing his 18 years culinary skills at all of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets.
Sea Grain Bar will be featuring select mouth-watering tapas inspired by the brilliant Italian antipasti such as Buffalo Cheese with Sundried Tomato and Aged Balsamic Sauce during Dance With Me event on Tuesday 21st October at 8 pm perfectly paired with any purchase of a cocktail or wine by the glass.
Ala carte menu and a special six-course pairing dinner will also be available at Sea Grain Restaurant where guests can revel on the chef’s most intimate and personal dishes like Porcini Risotto, Tagliata Rib Eye Steak, and the delightful Mango Tiramisu dessert. Make sure you pair these courses with perfect Farnese wine. This special dinner will be held on the 22nd of November, 8 pm onwards and will be moderately priced at Rp. 728,000 ++ / person.
On the 26th of November, the award-winning OPEN Restaurant will be the main stage for Chef Zampar’s incredible culinary skills, as he takes you on an adventure to try the most authentic Italian dishes that he has held dear to his heart. From the likes of Tagliatelle with Lamb Ragout, Oven Baked Ocean Trout, and Pugliese Pizza. The brunch is available from 11.30 to 14.30 for a mere Rp. 458,000 ++ / person. Take your kids with you as there will be a pizza-making class for kids and other activities for you and your family to enjoy, this includes a special access to the swimming pool.
