Crowne Plaza Jakarta Announces Extensive Refurbishments

crowne_plaza_mangkuluhur_cityJakarta, 5 September 2016, Crowne Plaza Jakarta announces upcoming refurbishment to deliver greater experiences for its business and leisure guests. The big project will start in January next year, and will take place in phases over two years and complete in 2018.

Conveniently located in the busy Golden Triangle business district, adjacent to the Plaza Semanggi which houses sports, entertainment and shopping complexes, Crowne Plaza Jakarta in a short 45 minute drive from the Soekarno – Hatta International Aiport. Suitable choice for business travelers, the hotel is also in close proximity to Jakarta’s Stock Exchange, as well as local head offices of many international companies.

The extensive renovations will see the hotel’s facede and 357 guestrooms which include Deluxe rooms, Grand Deluxe rooms, Club Suites, and a Presidential Suite undergo a renovation. The hotel’s all day dining restaurant, Beranda CafĂ©, will also undergo an overhaul. Upon completion, the restaurant will feature elegant show kitchens, contemporary buffet layouts and extended seating. The kitchen will also be redesigned at the same instance.

In addition, the hotel’s six meeting rooms and the Grand Ballroom which can hold a capacity of up to 800 will be uplifted and instilled with the latest audio visual technology.

Interesting to know, the hotel is part of a mixed use development which will also include a retail mall and residential apartment complex known as Mangkuluhur City. All daily necessities, including office spaces, wellness and entertainment centres, and food and beverages are easy to reach.
