In made-to-order range, he will be able to choose the model, material, details, size and fit from a series prepared by the brand.
A more elaborate personalisation is offered by the bespoke service, in which a client will be able to adjust each part of the shoes and have his feet measured by the master shoemaker. This exclusive service also lets client bring his own design and accommodates orthopaedic requirements. Consultation and recommendation will be made by the experts to assist clients during the decision-making process.
Discuss
Set aside some time to meet with your personal shoe assistant at the store to speak about your dream pair of shoes. Pictures and inspirations that you may already have will greatly aid the discussion during your appointment.
Measure (a Bespoke option)
Should you be opting for the bespoke service, you will have the luxury of having your feet automatically measured by our Japanese InFoot™ 3D Scanner with exacting precision to the millimeter. With these accurate measurements, Mario Minardi is able to tailor your shoes precisely to the dimensions and angles of their feet, redefining what it means to have customized shoes.
Create
Based on analysis of the feet, your personal shoe assistant will ask careful, detailed questions to better understand your requirements and wishes to make suitable recommendations to the choice of leather, style and accessories, that will help you in creating the finest pair of shoes perfect for your lifestyle needs. The option to personalize further by embossing on any part of your shoe can be communicated here. Further deliberation on shoe design, shoe construction right up to the sole’s finish and finer details will also be discussed in-depth to your satisfaction.
Construct
The personalized order will be sent to our experienced craftsmen within 1 working day* and will be ready within 14-21 working days* for the first fitting using the best quality, imported materials and Italian shoes making method.
Fit
A second appointment with us for a physical fitting lets you have a preview of how your shoes are going to fit and look, and you will be able to give feedback, from the fit to the style and allows for minor adjustments to be made. Any fitting revisions will be carefully noted in accordance to your wishes to ensure a perfect finish and fit.
Finish
The finished, revised shoes will be ready after 7 working days*. You will be contacted by your personal shoe assistant upon their receipt of the finished shoes from the workshop.
