Culinary team of Gran Melia Jakarta meticulously selected the finest ingredients to prepare all menu, including the luxurious dishes that will tempt your palate; Double Boiled Farm Chicken & Baby Abalone Yu Phiau with Vegetable Soup, and Braised Sea Cucumber Dried Oyster & Black Moss Chicken Ball with Abalone Sauce.
Also feast on other menu from the land and the sea, prepared with delicious rich sauce and masterful cooking technique; Teochew Bittern Duck with Duck Egg & Bean Curd, Steamed Live Grouper with “Jiang Zheng” Sauce, Steamed Bamboo Leaf Fried Rice, and many more.
