Located on the 3rd floor, the restaurant and bar’s design is best described as relaxed with a rich mix of colours and fabrics which reflect the lavish ambiance of the area. Boasting impressive interior design, features 640 square meters of indoor and outdoor spaces, includes three private dining rooms.
The outlet offers a vibrant new atmosphere with menus that emphasize the freshness of each ingredient, Sea Grain features a local twist at most of the stunning dishes on the menu. Ahmad Nurseha, Chef de Cuisine Sea Grain has combined his great knowledge of fusion cooking – expertly and tastefully blending the flavor and spices of the Mediterranean with local. “Through local ingredients twisting, we can offer the selection of the best Mediterranean favorites that fit in both local and international taste in order to provide our guests a unique variety of flavor and a unforgettable culinary journey”, explains Chef Ahmad.
