1. Jakarta International Java Jazz Festival at JIExpo Kemayoran
The Jakarta International Java Jazz Festival was first held in 2005 and was able to attract 47.500 visitors. This year, the festival is celebrating its 10th year anniversary. Beside international musicians like David Foster, Chris Botti featuring Sting, and Robin Thicke, the festival will also present the best of Indonesian talents such as Dira Sugandhi, Twilite Orchestra, Benny and Barry Likumahuwa, Glen Dauna, Gilang Ramadhan, Elfa’s Bossas, Tulus, Maliq & D’Essentials, Trio Lestari, Vina Panduwinata, Magenta Orchestra, Ruth Sahanaya and some special projects that could be seen only in the festival such as, P-Project Bigband, Tribute to Indonesian Jazz Legends, Krakatau reunion and many more.

2. Goût de France (Good France) 2016
Following the success of the first Goût de France / Good France event, it will be held again on 21 March 2016, with a view to making it an annual spring event. In Indonesia, 22 restaurants across the country will participate and showcase France’s culinary traditions, among them 11 in Jakarta.
Each recipe will be based on cuisine that uses less fat, sugar and salt and shows concern for “good food” and the environment. The price is at the restaurant’s discretion and each participant will commit to donating 5% of the proceeds to a local NGO promoting health and the environment.
Goût de France / Good France, organized on the initiative of Alain Ducasse and the French ministry of Foreign affairs and international development, showcases the French way of life, regional products, and France as a tourist destination.
